3. Orders & Payment

  • Your payment is processed at checkout, and your item enters production within 12–24 hours.
  • Please review your order details carefully before checkout — changes cannot be made once production begins.
  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Final charges may vary slightly due to exchange rates or bank fees if paying in another currency.

4. Made-to-Order Production

  • All products are made just for you once your order is placed.
  • Production times are typically 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping times vary by destination and may take 5–20 business days in addition to production time.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide, including the U.S., U.K., Australia, and more.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because each product is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalization errors.

Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Items
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Returns are free of charge when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Important Notes
