This sustainable model reduces waste and supports more thoughtful shopping.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items (including change of mind), provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

We also stand behind the quality of our products and will happily resolve any issues caused by defects, damage, or incorrect items.


Return Window

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Method & Cost

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective or change-of-mind returns.
  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  • No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the returned item is received.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the item (if defective/damaged), and a short description.
  3. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

That’s why we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within the stated terms — balancing transparency, fairness, and environmental care.

Refund Amounts:
For change-of-mind returns, we refund the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable). For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we refund the full order amount, including original shipping, once your return is received and verified.
